| About Us |

Levy LeGette provides development, negotiation and ongoing measurement of
information technology contracts for the purposes of containing costs, capturing IT savings
(past, present and future) and ensuring the best terms possible for our clients. Our collective
skills and experience cover a wide range of disciplines. Among them are: Software Licensing,
Customization and Development; Outsourced Services; Application Service Providers; Vendor
Negotiations, Hardware and Other Equipment Acquisition; Maintenance, Support and Upgrade Services; IT Consulting;
Compliance Services; and, Business/Disaster Recovery Services.
Levy LeGette was founded in 1995 by Ania Levy, one of the country’s top software licensing experts with over 20
years of experience in both public and private sectors. In 2006, Mr. Steven D. DeLaCastro joined Levy LeGette as
Senior Consultant & Manager of Business Development. We work arm-in-arm with our clients, developing and implementing
software licensing practices, negotiation strategies, global sourcing, global implementations, strategic planning and
costing, conflict resolution in IT engagements, telecommunications and a host of additional, executive level services.
A substantial portion of our service portfolio is represented by our IT contract negotiation and cost containment
services that all companies, regardless of size, are interested in. We are unique in our delivery of these services
because we include remedial contract review, license compliance evaluation and correction (where applicable) as well
as cost recovery.
Levy Legette's work with vendors' standard form agreements and their "mutation" from customer to customer makes us
an invaluable resource to our clients in multiple vertical markets, public and private sectors, and variably sized
enterprises -- from the Fortune 50 to the burgeoning middle market.
The greatest savings negotiated for our clients to date have come from our work with them on their Microsoft
Enterprise and Select Agreements. Our negotiations have consistently yielded the highest discounts, lowest
prices and ground-breaking concessions from a notoriously difficult vendor. We see at least 40 Master Business
Agreements, Select Agreements and Enterprise Agreements each year. By contrast, a corporate contracts manager
might review and negotiate the same agreements once every three years for a single employer within a single
market segment.
Our services and fee structures make Levy LeGette a smart choice for any company. Thank you for visiting
our site and please contact us today to begin your own capture of IT savings.
